Mobile / Removable Coverage

Patented SportCivitas S.L

We present the main features of our patented removable (mobile) cover for all types of padel land that will be positioned on your current project or structure.

The Carrier Structure:

Made on the basis of a deported metal structure that will frame your court, this free-standing structure will be totally independent of the existing one and will be the only one to bear the descent of loads of the cover.

Made from 110x5mm round tubes connected by 200mm IPNs, this set will be galvanized and thermolamed (the hue of your choice in the RAL range), providing a low need for maintenance, great longevity and resistance to natural elements.

Coverage:

It is made with arcs in profiles of 100x40x2mm (to be specified according to calculation NV65 to be realized) on which a translucent PVC canvas of 600g/m2.

The set represents a mass of about 2,800 kg.

All this is powered by a three-phase engine allowing a central opening (each half-court folding on the bottom of the field). There is also a safety system that activates the opening of the cover when the wind reaches a certain speed in order to avoid any degradation of the installation.

The perimeter:

The perimeter crown and the sides will be made of 200g/m2 high-strength translucent PVC canvas and held by tension rods.

The junction between two land covers will be filled by a stormwater recovery system (see visuals on the next page).

Fixed cover in canvas

Here we present the main features of the short cover of PADEL fixed canvas that we are able to offer you for your project. Made to the dimensions of your court, this constructive principle deported and freestanding responds to the need to create a short cover for better rental capacity. Developed on a structure basis in IPN 200mm profiles and 110x5mm round tubes (the set painted on site after welds), this cover has the enormous advantage of not requiring any corrosion maintenance and thus offers an exceptional structural longevity.

Coverage:
The structure is covered by a 800g/m2 high-strength TYPE M2 translucent PVC canvas that is treated with anti-foam and ultraviolet resistance. It has a wind resistance of 29m/sec and 40Kg/m2 to snow.

This canvas meets fire standards for industrial buildings (Class B2) and is covered with a dustproof acrylic finish on both sides which facilitates its interior maintenance and causes cleaning by rain outdoors.

The structure:

Made on the basis of the calculation of The Eurocode 9, this aluminium structure consists of high-strength profiles, different sections are used in this constructive system to adapt to the needs of sizing your surface to cover.
The aluminium structure is, by its very nature, maintenance-free and corrosion-free, which represents a real saving of your operating costs over the life of your installation.
The vertical sidewalls are a minimum height of 3m and the fact at 9m, by default we will always offer you a 4m sizing to ensure an interior play height of at least 10m to guarantee the comfort of your customers in the practice of their sport.

Coverage:

The structure is covered by a 800g/m2 high-strength PVC reinforced translucent canvas that is treated anti-foam and
ultraviolet resistance. It has a wind resistance of 29m/sec and 40Kg/m2 to snow. This canvas meets fire standards for industrial buildings (Class B2) and is covered with a dustproof acrylic finish on both sides which facilitates its interior maintenance and causes cleaning by rain outdoors.
To avoid any risk of accidental tearing of this canvas, it is directly taken over the aluminium structure (and not simply attached to it) which has chutes that serve as slides to the canvas so that it cannot come out involuntarily or under pressure from the
Wind.

Access and security:

The entire structure is covered by the PVC canvas, which is by default fixed. Access to the room is materialized by a door attached to the structure as for any enclosed/covered sports area.
In high-risk areas, it is perfectly possible to put in place anti-intrusion protection. This is materialized by the replacement of the canvas by metal sheets thermolapped over a height of 4m (thus prohibiting climbing to vandalize the canvas). This device is complemented by the installation of an access door reinforced by a double sheet of thermolapped metal. Conversely, if your wish is to enjoy the good weather, the first two meters of canvas can be equipped with a tethering system allowing a total opening throughout the entire lap of your sports equipment.
